Bezeq’s IP Centrex compared to Blobint’s cloud exchange

Bezeq provides a reliable and good IP PBX solution, but it is a closed PBX and not a real cloud PBX.
In order to connect to the Bezeq PBX, a separate ADSL infrastructure of Bezeq is required (there is no Internet on this line), which is used only for the purpose of telephony.

Bezeq’s switchboard without geographical backups and any malfunction in one area will disable a huge amount of customers in the same area. Bezeq provides a limited and expensive number of end devices to customers. If you want to connect other IP phones you will encounter a complete refusal even though there is no problem to connect any IP phone you want. Bezeq installers simply do not know / are not ready to deal with various devices. Bezeq will also not provide you with the connection details (username and password) so that you can connect a different device, despite Bezeq’s limitation that they can only be connected with a separate infrastructure.
