BASIC SYSTEM FEATURES CODES FOR SELF-OPERATION

These are the default features codes and each customer / organization can change these codes independently

Black list calls are intended to block annoying or unwanted callers as well as outgoing calls to these numbers in case a customer has requested not to call him anymore. Calls from these numbers will be answered as an unconnected number while outgoing calls to these numbers will be answered by the system as a black listed call.
Black list a number – Dial *30 and follow system instructions.
Black list last caller – Dial *32
Remove number from black list – Dial *31 and follow system instructions.

Dialing *33 followed by the destination number prevents phone number identification  (Antonymous or blocked number will be displayed) on the display of the recipient of the call.

To activate the forwarding of all calls from the extension from which you are dialing to a destination number, dial an asterisk 72 followed by the destination number.
For example: *72031234567 will direct all calls of this extension to the number 031234567
To activate any other extension in the system, dial asterisk 72 (*72) and follow the system instructions
To deactivate the forward (unconditional) – dial asterisk 73 (*73)
To deactivate all call forwarding  – dial asterisk 74 (*74) and follow the system instructions

To activate, dial asterisk 90 (*90) and follow the system instructions.
To deactivate the forward (busy) – dial asterisk 91 (*91)
To deactivate the forward  (busy) of another extension in the system – dial asterisk 92 (*92) and follow the system instructions.

Used to check the quality of the line, during which everything that is said is played back
to activation, dial *43

The system will announce the extension data -> if one of the types of referral is active in the extension and the destination, if Do Not Disturb (DND) is activated, call waiting status for the extension, connectivity check and playback of the IP address, port and delay (if not connected, a reference will be heard to contact customer service to solve the problem ) to activate, dial *66.
After answering, the system will ask you to enter an extension number for checking.

Dial *61

For direct access to voicemail dial *97
To access any voicemail in the system dial *98 and follow the system instructions

Activating DND – dial asterisk 78 (78*)
Canceling DND – dial asterisk 79 (79*)
State transition between enabled and disabled – dial asterisk 76 (76*)

Withdraw a call from a dispatcher – dial twice an asterisk and the extension number to collect the call (xxx**)
Withdraw a call from a group – dial an asterisk 8 (8*), make sure groups are set up in the system for collection

Dial asterisk 77 and the extension number (77xxx*) to make a two-way call to the extension.
Dial the asterisk 771 and the extension number (771xxx*) to make a one-way call to the extension (the speaker of the target device is opened only). Mainly used for announcements.
To make and activate an announcement for a specified group, dial 772*
** This feature is only possible for a supporting phone (in some cases it must be enabled in the phone settings and most of them are enabled by default)

Silent listening to the extension – dial an asterisk 222 and the extension number (222xxx*)
in this situation the listening party hears the conversation held by the balanced party, the balanced one does not hear the listener and is not aware of an existing listening.
Note: The call (listening) can be left in active mode and at any moment that the balanced extension has a call it will be possible to hear it. Whispering to the extension – dial an asterisk 223 and the extension number (223xxx*) In this mode the listening party hears
the conversation held by the balanced party, only the balanced extension hears The listener when the third party in the conversation does not hear the whisperer and is not aware. Bursting into an extension – dial an asterisk 224 and the extension number (224xxx*)
in this situation the caller “breaks into” an existing conversation and in fact a conference takes place between the three participants. All parties hear each other. This feature is not enabled by default for an extension
